Event Title: PURDUE FORAGE DAY

This event will begin at 9 a.m. at the Beck Educational Center, located about seven miles from Purdue's campus. During the field day participants will receive the chance to look at the corn and popcorn trials that were planted in late April and early May. Discussion on the weeds and treatment for them will be covered while touring the different trials. Greensburg-Decatur County Public Library's summer events continue June 26 with the Family Movie Program at 2pm at the Greensburg Elementary School. At 6pm there will be an email computer workshop. Tree County Players presents Rodgers and Hammerstein's OKLAHOMA June 26, 27 and 28 at 7pm, June 29 at 2pm at North Decatur High School. Additional performances are July 5-7pm and July 6-2pm at Batesville High School Auditorium. Reserved seat tickets for the Greensburg performances are $10 and $8 for seniors/students. Call the Arts and Cultural Council ticket line 812-663-8600 for reservations. Reserved seat tickets for the Batesville performance may be purchased through Rural Alliance for the Arts. Event Title: The Daughters of Isabella

The Daughters of Isabella will hold their monthly meeting Thursday, June 26 at 7:30pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall. This is their regular monthly meeting, chairpersons for the meeting are Peg Polanski and Helen Gardner. All members are invited to come and participate in the activities. Also, the D of I will not be having a booth at the Decatur County Fair, sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
