Immunization Clinic

3:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
We will accept the last patient at 6:45 p.m. in order to close promptly at 7:00 p.m. The Immunization Clinic is available to all those in Decatur County and the surrounding counties that are in need of immunizations. There are no fees for this service as well as no appointment or medical exam necessary. We do require that records of past immunizations be brought in with the patient. The Immunization Clinic is located to the right of Dr. Wiseman's office (in the same building - next door to the hospital).
