Greensburg fireworks will be Friday night (July 3) at dusk at the Decatur County Fairgrounds.  The fireworks are sponsored by the Decatur County Parks and Recreation Department.  This year's display will be free of charge and the display will be increased, thanks to the local sponsorships and funds received from the 150th and the City of Greensburg.
 

The annual Tri Kappa Parade in downtown Greensburg is July 4th.  Parade formation is at 9:15 and the parade is at 10.  WTRE will again broadcast the parade from the steps of the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home.

Greensburg Moose Lodge will be open Saturday, July 4th from 12 noon until 8 PM. 
Members can bring guests on that day.

WTRE news talks with Greensburg Fire Chief Scott Chasteen about fireworks.
